UPDATE for anyone interested in the 12 month subscription lock in scam: if you find yourself locked in without your explicit consent, and you are getting nowhere with their "stay glossy" customer service, post a review here on trust pilot and your 12 month lock in scam subscription will magically dissolve.

I have shopped with you guys over many years and spent loads of £££, I am disgusted that you would stoop this low and treat your clients with such disdain and greed... who do you think buys your £13 box of samples? Majority of your clients are women who work. Those women are currently feeling the pinch of inflation and your response is to scam them and tie them down dishonestly. Shame on you. I will never buy any of your products again.

I love getting my box every month for £11.00 there well worth it especially for the products you get inside 5 top of the range products for £11.00 WOW even if you only like one or two of the products it’s still worth the money …most of the products I’d never be able to afford to buy on a weekly or monthly basis so it’s a treat for me and I’ve never had a crap box if I get eyeshadow I give them my daughter only because I don’t wear it but you can gift some of the products you don’t like I get them for the skincare products they do limit edition boxes every month which are also well worth the money I’d recommend to anyone to try it I’m pretty sure you’ll love them to go on treat yourself to a box were worth it…..
